A. Past Productions - UMGASS has a database of past productions on its website https://www.umgass.org/past-productions.

 

This was created from original programs and includes all information from those programs including dates, location, cast, production staff, orchestra members and board members.

B. The Bentley Historical Library on North Campus holds the official UMGASS archives in the following two collections.

 

Gilbert and Sullivan Society (University of Michigan) records

Records include production files with programs, photographs, reviews and newspaper clippings, and scattered production notes and memoranda; topical files relating to the Society, its Friends organization, and its publication; slides of productions; Society newsletter, "Gasbag"; posters; phonorecords, tapes, and videos of productions.

C. FUMGASS’s own Archivist/Historian Dan Florip has a personal collection of UMGASS and FUMGASS memorabilia, not all of which is duplicated at the Bentley. He is available to answer questions. Contact him at fumgassexec@umich.edu.
